Three wheels good?: These intriguing shots are of a three-wheeler in development by Bombardier - the Canadian company behind the likes of Ski-doo snowmobiles and Can-Am quad bikes. Using technology from both types of vehicles, plus a 130bhp Rotax (also owned by Bombardier) engine from an Aprilla RSV-R superbike, this three-wheeler promises a unique driving experience. The leaning power of teaser: Information gleaned from patents filed by the company with the US Patent Office shows that the as-yet unnamed three-wheeler will use a CVT gearbox, Bosch-developed ABS and ESP systems, and will lean into corners like the Vandenbrink Carver. It's planned to launch in the US in early spring and has been designed to meet European road regulations so may find its way over here not soon after.
