Pues, por lo que hay escrito en algunos Post sobre el tema, creo que deberás de pasar por el conce y que reprogramen las llaves.

Mira tengo esto que está en ingles. Lo encontré hace tiempo. Prueba a ver si funciona.
Reprogramming Key Fob
To do this procedure you need to have one working key and one key that needs to be programmed.
with the both keys, get in the car and close all windows and doors.
Put working key into the ignition and turn to position 1 (the accessories should turn on)
turn the key back to position 0 and take key out of the ignition.
Using the working key, hold down the unlock button, press the Roundel (lock button) 3 times, and release the unlock button. Doors should lock and unlock.
With the new key, hold down the unlock button and press the Roundel (lock button) 3 times and let go of the unlock button. Doors should lock and unlock and you're done!!
Alternate procedure if above doesn't work or if you do not have a working remote:
1. turn key to position 1 five times very quickly
2. remove key
3. Hold unlock button then press lock button 3 times, release unlock button.
4. If you have another key do the same button pressing within 30 seconds
5 turn on igntion to finalize

yo tengo un s1 pero supongo que sera igual
cuando tienes la pantalla encendida con las 4 posibilidades (navegacion, telefono, radio y clima) pulsas el idrive y entras en el menu I ,
y hay hay que meterse en el menu ajuntes del vehiculo y hay buscas la pestaña del bloqueo de puertas
una vez hay marcas bloquear al iniciar la marcha
y nada mas
haber si te vale de ayuda

Hola,
lo que comenta Javillar es para una llave desconfigurada. Así me lo hizo el del conce una vez en el preFL. Si no me equivoco, para programar el cierre a partir de 10-15kmh hay que ir al conce, no hay manera de hacerlo uno, ni mucho menos con el navi.
