Si, tiempazo comparado con el tiempo del GT2 RS 700 cv, y si era el 991, normalmente cuando sacan el GT2 es al final de la generación, por lo que todavía no hay 992 GT2, primero tienen que sacar el 992 GT3 RS que está a punto y será otra bestia parda que romperá cronos... estos de Porsche se superan en cada generación de 911

El nuevo motor del A;G GT Black Series se basa en el motor biturbo AMG 4.0 litros V8 con lubricación por cárter seco, pero se le ha dado el nuevo código interno M178 LS2 debido a las numerosas modificaciones. Alcanza 537 kW (730 CV) a 6700-6900 rpm y entrega un par máximo de 800 Nm a 2000-6000 rpm. Los nuevos árboles de levas y colectores de escape se adaptan al nuevo orden de encendido y mejoran aún más el ciclo del gas.
Ambos turbocompresores de escape twin scroll están montados sobre cojinetes antifricción, como en el AMG GT Coupé de cuatro puertas de gama alta, que optimiza aún más la respuesta del acelerador. Sin embargo, en la Serie Black, a los turbocompresores se les ha dado una rueda de compresor más grande, lo que significa que ambos pueden entregar un total de 1100 kg de aire por hora. And the larger intercoolers guarantee that they always keep the charge-air temperature within the best possible range. The unique standing of the new engine is also reflected in the engine badge, which is kept in black.

Modified AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7G transmission
Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via the seven-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7G dual clutch transmission, which is located on the rear axle in a transaxle arrangement for optimal weight distribution, as is the case for all AMG GT models. It has been modified for use in the AMG GT Black Series and adapted to the increased torque of 800 Nm. Two new Shmeemobiles, the Lamborghini Huracan STO and AMG GT Black Series, back to back! The two supercars serve similar purposes and cost very similar money, but how different actually are they to drive one after the other? Let's find out!
The STO arrived in the collection about 6 weeks ago, and has since been for full PPF as well as the addition of the yellow contrast and gloss black sections at Topaz, and since it's done some early miles with the Bull Run and the track day at Donington Park. While the GT Black Series has been around for a few extra months, most of that was spent being resprayed at Chartwell before the Black Series tour and getting it towards 3,000 miles.
However, while they are both track focused versions of the regular models, costing £318k and £335k respectively in my specifications, they are quite different to drive. Most importantly due to the engines; the 4.0l TT flat-plane V8 in the GT BS and the 5.2l NA V10 in the STO. Regardless, they are both rear wheel drive with 7 speed dual clutch gearboxes, sporty setups, and more.
When driving them though, one is more usable and practical, the other is raw and shouty; they offer different experiences and that's what's so great!

Los prototipos del nuevo Mercedes-AMG GT ya están rodando, un nuevo deportivo que todavía tardara un poco en llegar. Prácticamente al mismo tiempo, la producción del Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series se ha terminado, un broche de oro perfecto con récord en Nürburgring incluido.




Muchos no creían en las posibilidades de que Mercedes volviese a utilizar un apellido comercial propio de las versiones más extremas, adelantándolo en exclusiva mucho antes de que la estrella lo hiciese. El Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series llegó pero no para quedarse eternamente, sino solo durante un año. Este es el tiempo que ha permanecido en producción, y que ya ha llegado a su fin.

Homologado para calle pero con unas especificaciones de competición, el AMG GT más extremo sorprendió por llevar al límite la potencia del motor V8 de 4.0 litros biturbo sin necesidad de asistencia eléctrica, pero con un trabajo aerodinámico por detrás realmente único. Los técnicos de Mercedes-AMG trabajaron en una puesta a punto para no dejar un solo resquicio a sus rivales más directos.

La firma alemana, y la casa de Affalterbach, no han escatimado en absoluto en este auténtico superdeportivo que, en lugar de seguir a la venta, ha decidido decir adiós y así ofrecer un plus de exclusividad a sus propietarios. Un caché que se cotizará muy alto, más que la fibra de carbono y los materiales ligeros que se encuentran bajo la carrocería.

Y un extra más, no menos importante, el de lucir una insignia en el circuito de Nürburgring como uno de los modelos más rápidos de su categoría. Mercedes no ha hecho gala de este trofeo, pero fuentes alemanas han desvelado que el alemán estableció un récord de 6 minutos y 53 segundos, superando por cinco segundos al Porsche 911 GT2 RS, y quedando cerca del logrado por el Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, que paró el cronómetro en un tiempo de 6 minutos y 43 segundos en un trazado -el Nordschleife- de poco más de 20 kilómetros de longitud.

Una «espinita» clavada que no pudieron conseguir los 730 CV de su imponente motor V8 de 4.0 litros biturbo, pero que a buen seguro alcanzará su sucesor dentro de unos años. La nueva generación del Mercedes-AMG GT ya está en desarrollo, y esta sí que hará uso de la tecnología electrificada «AMG E Performance». Aunque no es de la misma categoría, a Mercedes le servirá el récord que marque el AMG ONE. El caso es siempre quedar por encima.
