Hola Amigos, como están, mi nombre es Christian Bravo, chileno, nuevo en este foro, recién compre un BMW X6 look M 2014, linda ella, solo que viene con la pantalla y sistema NBT antiguo, mas un tema de Sonido hifi pero no premium. El sonido hi Fi lo arregle comprando el kit Stage one de Bavsound, lo instale ayer, la verdad que vale la pena el cambio, si alguien necesita instrucciones de como hacerlo, encantado aunque esta bien documentado en la red, el tema que tengo es que compre y tengo en mi poder: Description BMW NBT retrofit kit for E7x-NBT headunit + 8.8'' monitor + touch idrive + video cable NBT retrofit adapter Touch iDrive ECU South America Maps 2014 Microphone cable BT aerial cable fakra Center Console Trim-idrive touch will be prefitted Apple TV Power Supply BMW NBT TV MMI interface Todo Bien hasta Ahi, el tema es que me llego todo y el proveedor me habla de una instalación que me da dudas en varios puntos, no venia con manual de instrucciones, de esos tipos gringos step by step, sino que con unos diagramas que solo lo entienden los electricistas, bueno algunos mails después he descubierto varias cosas y de como hacerlo tengo una idea, pero aun con dudas. Alguien por ahi ha realizado este upgrade?? quien me puede ayudar.. Estos son los ultimo pasos que e entrego el proveedor: 1. Remove monitor, original car connectors for monitor will remain unused 2. Remove air guide grille from center dash 3. Remove dash trim for climate control and navigation unit (there are 2 screws in the upper part) 4. Remove navigation unit and disconnect all connectors 5. Install video cable for NBT from back of NBT unit to back of monitor 6. Install NBT monitor (you need to fit it first in CIC 8.8’’ trim and use 2 metal brackets to connect it to the original car mountig holes. 7. Install microphone wires from back of NBT to the front roof panel, guide the cable to the left of the car and up via the A-pillar. Disconnect original mic wire and leave it unused. 8. Remove center console trim with idrive button. 9. Locate the BT aerial under the center console trim (is visible on the left of the gear lever) 10. Run BT aerial wire from NBT to BT aerial (original wire will remain unused) 11. Install USB wire from NBT to USB in armrest (if car has USB in armrest original wire will remain unused) 12. Install OBD to ETH wire from NBT to OBD port - only if you need future coding of the NBT unit 13. Install NBT retrofit adapter 14. Install NBT unit in dash, connect all connectors, connect red flat connector to CIC front panel fascia - you need to order this part from BMW, it will not work with the front panel from M-ASK unit you have now 15. Install CIC front panel fascia in the dash trim (yuo have to fix it to the trim) 16. Run 2 new CAN wires from back of NBT can connections to center console to idrive connector 17. Replace the old CAN wires (pins 3 and 4) in the idrive connector with new ones coming from NBT (original wires will remain unused) 18. Install the touch ecu wiring in parallel with idrive connector according to diagram 19. Install touch ecu under the center console next to BT aerial (is plenty of room) 20. Install center console trim in place and connect toyuch idrive to connector and touch ecu to its connector 22. Install dash trim panel 23. Install the center air guides. 24. Remove TCU/BT module from the left side of trunk, use MOST terminating connector to close the fiber optic loop Muchas gracias por su ayuda.
