Urgent. New parts shop in north Spain

Hello, guys. I am traveling in spain with E39 and mine rear brake pads ar finished: D. Currently I am in Salou, and on google I would not find any parts shop, which would have a catalogue and show quantities in warehouses. In fact I have no idea where to search for it.
Where do you usually buy car parts?
I can go to tarragona or barcelona.
If someone of You are working with parts, i need part no: 34216761281.
Any advice helps. I have enough tools and knowledge to change brake patda by myself and limited budget to pay service for works .

Pues un compañero (lituano) que se ha venido con su E39 desde lejos y se le han jodido los frenos estando en Tarragona. No tiene pinta de spam y parece ser que Pepeluu le ha echado un cable cojonudo.
