Kit Contents: 3 x 45mm/1.75" ID straight bore or Taper bore Throttle bodies. 1 set of M30 Manifolds 1 x 24" Fuel Rail, -6AN Fittings and Hardware kit. "Comes drilled". No drilling charge required. 1 x TPS Sensor and a Mini-Harness 6 x Airhorns or Velocity Stacks, (see note #9) 1 x Throttle Cable Mounting kit. Contents of kit: Throttle Stop, Throttle Cam, Throttle Cable holder/adjuster. We need to know the "C to C" dimension of your manifold to drill the rail for you. 2. Fuel Rail can be drilled for either 11mm or 14mm O-ring type injectors. 3. Rail Mounting Hardware is set-up for "Standard" Size/body Bosch Injectors. 4. Throttle Bodies fit DCOE, IDF, DHLA Manifolds among others. 5. Can be made to work on VW Air-Cooled engines by cutting Rail in half, and buying an additional -6AN fitting Kit from our store. 6. Throttle Bodies can be mounted Horizontal or Vertical to fit various Side Draft or Down Draft Manifolds. 7. Fuel Injectors, Manifold, and hoses are not included. 8. Independent flow testing rates the Throttle Bodies at 293cfm for the 45mm Straight bore and 295cfm for the 45mm Taper Bores for each cylinder. 9. Where's the Velocity Stacks? See the CAD Drawing below with the Airflow painted in "YELLOW"? The Velocity stacks are built into the throttle body. 10. Standard Weber Velocity Stacks can also be fitted for the old School Look. 11. Extrudabody Airhorns work with the Extrudabody Filters to give excellent flow characteristics while protecting your engine! 12. We reccommend buying the 6 cylinder Linkage kit with all Inline 6 cylinders due to the miss-matched nature of most CAST Manifolds. available in our store. 13. Manifolds are CAST Aluminum, some porting is to be expected to achieve the utmost fitment and flow on the Port Side and ITB side of the manifolds. Just the nature of Cast Aluminum. 14. Designed to work with MAP sensor based EFI controllers, which may require aftermarket ECU or other type on Piggy Back controlers that manipulate the stock Electronics. 15. Not provided: Injectors, Vacuum Line, intake gaskets. 16. MAF sensor to be used with stock electronics or Plenum: It is possible to build a Plenum that will allow this kit to work with your stock MAF Sensor, but it is not provided by me. You would need to contact a local fabricator to work out fitment and installation. "Questions" Your Products look to be very high quality, have you tried this set-up fit a Metric Mechanic 4.0ltr Motor? ANSWER: Hey L. Thanks for the Compliment, we try to make it as complete as possible, with Quality built in! If the 4ltr Metric Mechanic motor uses a standard M30 Head then it should all bolt up, but clearance issues on engine components will need to be addressed! We have not tried to match it up with any specific engines or crate Motor that may be available. If your looking for Hp/Tq numbers we can not give you those as each engine combination is different based on CAM Specs, Head Porting, Compression ETC! We Also caution every one when comparing the Extrudabody ITB's to Weber or even other Throttle Body Companies, because throttle plate size is a POOR indicator of what you need or what a Throttle Body will do based on a given size throttle plate! All throttle body's and Carbs do not flow the same amount of AIR. Extrudabody ITB's were flowed by an independent flow tester against other's only to find they OUT FLOWED them 10cfm for a given size. It was not even close when comparing Extrudabody ITB's and a WEBER Carb even with the largest choke available! All this said the Extrudabody 45mm ITB's flow 293cfm, the Tapers flow 295cfm. So use actual CFM through the ITB/Carb to judge your engine's needs not throttle plate size! Hope this helps!
