Now seriously, the only specialized workshop for rim repair I have seen is in Lleida, about 1 hour drive on the AP2 motorway (westbound). This is assuming you are still in the Tarragona area.
You can also try asking at any large tyre repair workshop, they may not repair rims themselves but they may know of someone who does.

I think i will try to travel in spain (allicante or maybe even malaga) with this wheel - allways stopping to fill air (i have compressor) if situation will go worse, i will put my spare cookie wheel, and then going back to north, stop in Girona to buy this: https://www.milanuncios.com/llantas-de-aleacion/llamtas-249328990.htm . It is a good idea to buy a spare wheel, at least to get back home. And of course, the German’s who have repaired the rim, haven’t done well.

Thanks in advance . I want to reach south, but in such case we have only 2 days for malaga, gibraltae, 2 days for allicante and around, 2 days for barcelona and then in the speed of light. Currently we are discussing how to use our time which left in spain in the best way. In order to get back home we should leave from north of spain on Oct 15th. Well of everything goes well, 16th would be good also, but it is good to have one day for emergency . Currently we are in Salou and leaving in the morning. ANY ADVICE IS MORE THAN WELCOME
