The exhausts are not legal in Europe and are therefore not being sold anymore in Europe. U.S. and other regions are NOT included. The exhausts are not legal in Europe since from the coming months onwards you are not allowed to offer a button in the interior that switches to an exhaust mode that is louder than before. Also you are not allowed to make an aftermarket exhaust that is louder than the stock exhaust. New rules in Europe which means that all systems currently on the market and which are coming cannot be sold anymore. This means that the upcoming BMW M2 M Performance exhaust will not be sold in Europe until the system is made legal or complies to rules and regulations. That means that you would buy an exhaust that is not louder and would cost you a lot. So I could see BMW says, we are not going to offer it. Too much hassle, for nothing. Additionally, Europeans will not and cannot upgrade their exhausts to make it louder if they want to keep driving a car legally. Germany as a country is in the forefront of this now with the though TUV rules, but other countries will follow as well. It is a shame, but the world is moving into a direction of making cars less loud and also more environmentally friendly. Hombre, yo como usuario de uno de ellos, entiendo que tener escape con válvulas activable a demanda, es un poco bestia en algunas situaciones. Pero también la única manera de llevar un escape así sin volverte loco. Si es cierta totalmente la noticia, esto es el fin de los escapes con válvula activable por botón en Europa. Que no solo pega a los m performance, es que también caen todos los escapes deportivos de Porsche, lambo, Ferrari, mercedes... Pero me quedo acojonado, a este paso nos obligan a rodar con ruedines estilo 165/60 r15, para ahorrar combustible. Y que c**o, que prohiban de una vez la combustión interna, a tomar por culo! Menuda invención de satanas! A la hoguera!
No te pueden vender un escape homologado y completamente legal , cobrártelo como tal y luego resultar ser ilegal, o te devuelven la pasta , o lo hacen sin carácter retroactivo , si no se podrá denunciar .
Cierto, hablaba de que el estado se hiciera cargo lógicamente , dado que son ellos los que sacan las leyes absurdas .
Sacan leyes sin pensar a todo el que joden el bolsillo. Mira en Madrid. Te compras un coche y de un momento a otro te enteras de que no podrás entrar en gran parte de la capital.
Ridículo. Luego si pagas 300mil e puedes oir el.coche pasar.por la autopista a 600m de casa. De fabrica..sin extras.
