Duda Ruido flexo e60

Hola.
Tengo un e60 de 2003, el 218, y me hace un ruido metalico debajo del motor, como si hubiese monedas dentro del escape.
Al parecer es el flexo, pero no veo como desmontarlo, ya que al parecer va soldado.
Las dudas son:
- es esta averia normal??
- como se saca el flexo?? hay que soldar?
- este flexo no es el típico que lleva malla x fuera, sino un casquillo de chapa envolviendolo...todos los e60 son así?
- en recambio de eso como se busca o donde lo hay? hay kit de reparacion o algo?

Buenas,a mi me hace también un ruido como si llevara algo metálico suelto dentro del escape,pero sólo me suena cuando el coche está frío,cuando llevo un rato circulando y se calienta el escape no me suena nada,no se a que se debe esto y no se si es el mismo síntoma que al tuyo

El mío está sucio por fuera como si perdiese algo de humo....no es mucho pero bueno...por eso creo que está picado o algo el flector...
A mí el ruido me lo hace al ralentí....luego no lo noto

Lo malo es cuando el humo entra por la calefacción dentro del coche....ya me paso con un e46 hace muchos años y me cambiaron la malla.

Lo malo es que el e60 no lleva un flexo tal cual...leva un acople que para encontrar despiece...aún no he visto tampoco si se puede reparar o algo

Removing faulty flexible tube:

Note:
Marks must be made to prevent changes to the installation position of the exhaust system.


Align (1) flexible tube and affix adhesive tape (2) as shown.

Carry over reference marks (3) along the adhesive tape (2) to diesel particulate filter and exhaust pipe.

Cut in marking (1) along the weld seam (2) by 2 to 3 mm.

Attention!
Exclusively separate the outer shell.

Do not completely cut through flexible tube; inner pipe must remain intact.

Make sure that cut lines (1) are parallel to flexible tube edge (3).


Perform process in the same way at other end of flexible tube.

Cut uniformly all around until the flexible tube (1) can be disconnected from the weld seam (2) with a suitable tool (4).

Inner pipe (3) must stay on the weld seam (2).

Perform process in the same way at other end of flexible tube.

Note:
Inner pipe (1) on diesel particulate filter must remain intact.

Inner pipe (2) on exhaust pipe must remain intact.

Installing new flexible tube:

Align adhesive tape (1) as shown and affix to new flexible tube (2).

Carry over reference marks (3) along the adhesive tape (1) to flexible tube.

Remove adhesive tape (1).

Connect new flexible tube to the inner pipe of the diesel particulate filter and align.

Note:
Marks (1) must be aligned.

Make sure that flexible tube (2) is parallel to cutting edge (3).

Observe distance of approx. 1-2 mm between flexible tube (2) and weld seam (3).

Use stainless steel welding wire.


Attach flexible tube with several welding spots.

Procedure identical on the opposite side.

Note:
All layers of the connection must be welded completely.

Use stainless steel welding wire.


Align marks and staple three times on each side.

Weld flexible tube (1) all around on both sides.

Entiendo que ese brico es de uso general.
Sin embargo no aplica en mi coche ya que no tienen un flexo mallado, es más bien un acople con carcasa
