Se vendió en el concesionario Móvil Begar de Alicante, yo creo que la historia pudo ser algo así:
Desde que anunciaron que venía una unidad del CSL a España solo hubo un interesado en pagar el pastizal que pedían, pero que no estaba dispuesto a pujar en la subasta y que se hiciese público el precio al que se lo llevaría, porque hasta los ricos quieren que les hagan descuento
... y que les den un llavero

No os vais a enterar de un carajo, entre otras cosas porque los compradores no publican a bombo y platillo sus operaciones. Los coches se quedarán en su mayor parte en Suiza, Alemania e Inglaterra con bastante seguridad. Ya se verá cómo se mueve el coche en un futuro y si las 50 unidades que es el único "subastable" de interés que tiene el coche, sobre un modelo de fabricación normal, porque lo de la pintura es una chorrada periodística, es motivo suficiente para mantener las cotizaciones a nivel de coche de coleccionismo, aún es demasiaddo pronto para sacar conclusiones.

Lo que sí es cierto es que lo de la subasta esta no es indicativo de otra cosa que de una maniobra para dinamizar el modelo en ese canal y generar pasta, ya que de otro modo parece que, de momento, está en vía muerta, como acredita el silencio absoluto de BMW ante el hostión que se ha llevado en sus expectativas. Los coches tendrían que haber estado asignados y pagados el menos en un 30 % del total (en otras marcas más selectivas, como poco el 50%) desde un año antes de su lanzamiento. El negocio está ya todo inventado, no va a venir BMW a hacerlo con un M4 pintado.

Offered for sale is this 2023 BMW 3.0 CSL, with a 3.0-liter in-line six-cylinder engine, running 560 horsepower to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission, with only 34 kilometers (about 21 miles) covered.
The 2023 3.0 CSL is BMW’s signal to the world that its remarkable history is still important - to them, and the fans of the brand worldwide. BMW has had its in-house competition wing, M Motorsport, dedicated to competition and enthusiast-oriented street cars for over 50 years. To celebrate the 50th year (50 Jahre) anniversary of the division’s inception, they resurrected this nameplate for the proper celebration special. By limiting the 50th anniversary model to just 50 examples, this is an exclusive tribute, built using the knowledge the M division has when making some of the best drivers cars in the world.
The inspiration for this car was the original 3.0 CSL from 1972. Built to compete in the European Touring Car Championship, BMW built 1,265 street legal homologation examples of the car. Based on the 3.0 CS, the L stood for lightweight, and accurately described the detail differences from the model it was based on. The unit body itself was built from thinner steel than the regular version, used aluminum for the doors, hood and trunk, and then Perspex for the side windows. These early CSLs remain some of the most desirable BMWs on the market, both because of their looks and exclusivity.
The 2023 version of the CSL adheres to the build philosophy of the iconic original. While using the current 4-series BMW M4 chassis as a basis, the 3.0 CSL is a hand-built variation with many bespoke components. The roof, hood and trunk lid, as well as the front and rear aprons, are all made entirely of carbon. The front and rear side panel attachments, side sills, rear diffuser, rear wing and rear spoiler, are also made of the high-tech material. All carbon components are handmade exclusively for the BMW 3.0 CSL.
Power comes from the company’s proven 3.0-liter turbo engine, but strengthened for higher performance. Critical differences include an extremely rigid crankcase in a sleeveless closed-deck design, a forged lightweight crankshaft, and a cylinder head core designed using 3D printing technology. Extensive upgrades in both the oiling and cooling systems help keep the engine safe in high-speed driving, and to help reduce weight, the engine breathes through a titanium rear exhaust weighing around nine pounds (four kilograms) lighter than a conventional stainless steel setup.
The suspension used in the BMW 3.0 CSL is a double-joint spring strut front axle, with a five-link rear axle in M-specific design. An Adaptive M suspension utilizes electronically-controlled shock absorbers, and the steering is through the M Servotronic electromechanical steering, with variable ratios dependent on speed and driver setting.
On the exterior, the finish is mostly hand-applied, with the classic motorports color striping and livery with great details, including the carbon weave of the body panels visible through some striping sections and through the lettering on the rear spoiler.
The interior carries the exterior theme with real carbon trim, and full carbon sport bucket seats with Alcantara trim.
This 3.0 CSL is new, and is ready for delivery with only 34 kilometers (about 21 miles) on the odometer. This is a rare opportunity to obtain a handmade version of the BMW M division’s best present to itself on its 50th anniversary, both as a collectors’ item and as a focussed drivers’ car.

Hay BMW especiales, y luego está el 3.0 CSL. Se basa en una base ya sólida, el M4 CSL, al tiempo que cambia la transmisión automática por una manual de seis velocidades. También utiliza un motor S58 mejorado con 10 CV adicionales, lo que eleva el total a 553 CV. Pero incluso antes de ver la ficha técnica, el 3.0 CSL atrae a multitudes por razones completamente diferentes. Su carrocería retro evoca el espíritu del impresionante Batmóvil de la era E9. Es justo decir que BMW logró revivir el carácter de su icónico coche de carreras de los años 70.
Aunque BMW produjo algunos ejemplares con volante a la derecha , estas fotos nocturnas recientes de Japón muestran un coche con volante a la izquierda. Pertenece nada menos que a Bob Suzuki, propietario de Studie AG y socio de BMW Motorsport desde hace mucho tiempo. Al igual que los otros 49 coches, está acabado en Blanco Alpino, aplicado a mano en hasta ocho capas individuales.
Algunos han criticado a BMW por cobrar, según se informa, una cifra no confirmada de 750.000 € por el 3.0 CSL, pero la compañía tenía sus razones. En primer lugar, está su rareza: solo existen 50 unidades. En segundo lugar, Múnich nunca antes había fabricado un coche de carretera de seis cilindros con tanta potencia, y, como es habitual en BMW, envía esa potencia al eje trasero a través de una caja de cambios manual. En tercer lugar, y posiblemente el más importante, el complejo y laborioso proceso de fabricación elevó los costes de producción mucho más allá de los de un M4 CSL convencional .
Cada coche pasó por ocho ciclos de montaje en ocho estaciones de producción, un largo proceso que duró 10 días. Los trabajadores completaron gran parte del trabajo a mano, una práctica cada vez menos común en el actual entorno de fabricación automatizada. También produjeron manualmente los componentes interiores de plástico reforzado con fibra de carbono. BMW asignó un equipo dedicado de 30 especialistas para ensamblar cada vehículo.
BMW transportó los CSL 3.0 a unas instalaciones externas en Moosthenning antes de enviarlos de vuelta a la planta de Dingolfing para las pruebas finales y su entrega. Todos estos pasos adicionales implicaron un coste considerable, razón por la cual otros modelos altamente personalizados, como el Speedtop y el Skytop, también tienen un precio considerablemente superior al del M8 original.
BMW no tuvo problemas para vender estos modelos especiales de alto precio, lo que debería impulsar más proyectos de bajo volumen. A principios de este año, supimos que se lanzará otro modelo de serie limitada. Mejor aún, será un coche M , así que se avecinan tiempos emocionantes.
