New Alfa Giulia GTAm v Porsche 911 GT3: TRACK RACE & 0-100mph-0 test!

Who’s ready for an absolutely incredible track battle?! Mat’s got his hands on both the new Porsche 911 GT3 & the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio GTAm, and they’re going head-to-head to see which is the true king of the track!
First up he’s in the Alfa. It’s powered by a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 which delivers 540hp & 600Nm of torque. But of course, this is no ordinary performance saloon!
The back seats have been ripped out, there’s a huge wing at the back and a whole host aero adjustments across the car to get your hands on. What’s more, it’s limited to only 500 models, and each one will set you back at least £150,000! And then we have the Porsche. With a glorious 4-litre naturally-aspirated flat-six under the bonnet, it’ll put down 510hp & 470Nm.
The GT3 has also SO many drivetrain updates over the standard 911 - suspension, vents, brakes… All of these and SO much more has been updated! Just like the Alfa though, it doesn’t come in cheap, costing from £128,000! So, which one is the true track king? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!
