Como nuestras cajas no son las mismas que los bmw de propulsión que son ZF y bmw dice que son sin mantenimiento, les he preguntado a aisin Europa, sobre el mantenimiento, y la forma que recomienda de parar el vehículo, freno antes que P o al revés.

Dear sir / Madam,
Thank for your email. Indeed AISIN AW is the supplier of the automatic transmission in your BMW 2-Series Sports Tourer.
Whilst the official policy from BMW is that ATF is filled for life, we as AISIN Europe Aftermarket (we are not AISIN AW, the transmission supplier), we would recommend an ATF flush / change between 100,000 and 150,000kms depending on your driving style, motorways mileage etc. etc.
We would recommend our AISIN ATF 6+ FE product and this can be purchased from EXCLUSIVAS BCN, our major distributor in Spain. Unlike ZF, AISIN AW do not have a service centre in Spain and so you will need to find a workshop skilled in working with automatic transmissions.
I would recommend coming to a halt, then engage “P” and finally apply the electronic handbrake. The reverse procedure when moving away is also recommended.
