Ruido o roce al girar volante en caliente

Es ese ruido exactamente el que tengo yo también en la dirección después de un viaje. En frío no lo hace. Yo ya lo he asimilado y así se va a quedar. No pienso gastarme un pastizal en cambiar toda la cremallera de dirección.

 

Me pasa exactamente lo que indicais en mi 330e, ¿alguien sabe el motivo de ese ñiñiñi?
¿Como lo resolvisteis?
Yo digo que suena a "muelle de cama vieja" y suena siempre a la media hora de viaje cuando ya has estado un rato conduciendo. La gente que monta en el coche se parte en plan peroooo que leches suena pero el que conduce es muy molesto. Un saludo

 

yo tuve problemas con la cremallera en un F30. giraba el volante y había un pequeño retraso hasta que el coche giraba. me la cambiaron dos veces sin éxito y al final tuve que vender el coche.

era variable deportiva y tracción trasera.

había muchas entradas sobre temas de cremallera en el F30 en foros nacionales y de otros países.

parece mentira que pasen los años y aún siga BMW con problemas de dirección.

espero que con el G20 no me pase igual

SITUATION
When turning the steering wheel while stationary or when driving on uneven roads; cracking, creaking, or
knocking noises may be heard. See attached example sound videos V32 01 23 and V32 02 23.
CAUSE
The breakaway torque in the thrust bearing of the tie rod is too high.
CORRECTION
Replace one or both tie rod assemblies.
PROCEDURE
For conditions that are like the situation as heard in the videos:
1. Verify a TKPS EPS is installed via ISTA
control unit functions.
2. On vehicles with the TKPS EPS, replace one or both tie rod assemblies as per REP 32 21 231.
NOTE: G20 vehicles produced up to 04/2019- always replace both tie rods (left and right).

3. Perform wheel alignment check with ride height measurement without loading the vehicle as per REP 32 00 155.

otra posible causa, aunque no parece la más común. esta parece otra cosa, pero es fácil de resolver y quizá merece la pena comprobar, por si acaso.

¿Alguno habéis conseguido dar con el origen del ruido? Y como solucionarlo?

 

Soy neofito en mecánica y estoy intentando enterarme de cómo poder corregirlo.

Pues eso siempre que pases de media hora conduciendo lo tienes garantizado

 

¿Roce severo de metal contra goma/caucho??

 

No lo sé, solo ocurre cuando llevas más de 30/40 mins conduciendo y de rozar no sé donde puede rozar, intento mover volante delante o detrás y hace el mismo ruido.

 

Cuando pasa esos 30/40 minutos es como que aunque va igual de suave va más tensa o rara no se explicarlo muy bien, como menos fluida (os hablo de sensación mía porque ya estoy ahí con el toc).

Yo he intentado mover plásticos y aparentemente parece que están bien (al menos colocados, posición y en su sitio, he probado a cambiar posición de volante en profundidad y altura y hace exactamente el mismo ruido.

Hace unos meses lo llevé a bmw, se quedaron el coche un par de días (no sé ni si lo miraron...) y me dijeron que solo se escuchaba poco y cuando iba en eléctrico (por supuesto solo de palabra), y les dije que el coche va en eléctrico porque es híbrido enchufable y el ruido no lo hace hasta pasada 30/40mins y me dijeron que era normal y yo flipando , ni me cobraron ni me dieron un papel ni nada, en fin os cuento mis penas.

Que va, ya he hecho varios viajes de más de una hora y media y dos horas y nada, de momento a mi no me suena.

 

Jeje, me refería a mi con el mio, espero que a ti el tuyo te vaya igual de bien que indicas que te va

 

Ah!! Vale vale… por lo menos identificas si el ruido viene de dentro del habitáculo o de fuera? Seguro al 100% ese ruido es una goma o junta que no está lubricada. Si viene de dentro del habitáculo quizás pueda ser detras del volante, por la zona del anillo del airbag no sé si habrá alguna goma, o por el agujero por donde sale la dirección hasta el vano motor que haya alguna junta para que no entre agua o suciedad…

 

Bueno bueno!!! después de más de un mes al final ya tengo solución definitiva:

Lo lleve a taller bmw dado que está en garantía y tras un mes prácticamente, está totalmente solucionado.
Consultaron desde taller a BMW a suporte técnico que estuvieron ahí unas semanas que no sabían muy bien por donde tirar y al final me han cambiado toda la cremallera con motor eléctrico (la barra de la dirección me la cambiaron ya el año pasado al poco de comprarlo).

Algo más de 3600€ han pasado de factura , semana pasada me lo dieron y he vuelto esta porque el volante lo dejaron un poco girado a la derecha.

Ahora al fin haciendo viajes largos o cortos puedo decir que va perfecto, sin ruido e incluso va más suave que antes.

Lo que sonaba era el eje de dirección, el centro de la T que une barra de dirección con cremallera, me lo enseñó antes de ir a BMW un mecánico de confianza con un "estetoscopio" (desconocía que existiera en mecánica), espero que me aguante muchos años.
